Tourism Product Manager

About the role

Albania Holidays is expanding its tourism team and is looking for a Tourism Product Manager to coordinate travel packages for foreign visitors in Albania and the surrounding region. The role involves close collaboration with international and local partners to design and deliver attractive tourism offers.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with foreign partners primarily via email.
• Coordinate with local tourism partners to organize and implement travel packages.
• Create tailored offers for individual travelers and groups.
• Oversee the full travel itinerary from planning to execution.

Required profile

• University degree in Tourism, Foreign Languages, Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of Italian or another foreign language (German, French, Spanish) is an advantage.
• 2‑3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication, organization and teamwork abilities.
• Motivation for professional development in tourism.

Required skills

• Fluent English.
• Proficiency in at least one additional foreign language (e.g., Italian, German, French, Spanish).
