About the role

Albania Holidays is looking for a Tourism Coordinator to manage communication with international partners, develop travel packages and oversee the execution of tours in Albania. The role combines client interaction, product creation and operational coordination to ensure high‑quality experiences for individual and group tourists.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with foreign partners primarily via email.
• Collaborate and coordinate with local tourism partners to organize and implement travel packages.
• Create offers and travel packages for individual and group tourists.
• Organize, coordinate and monitor tours until their successful completion.

Required profile

• University degree in Tourism, Foreign Languages, Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of Italian, German, French or Spanish is an advantage.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication, organization and teamwork abilities.
• Motivation for professional development and further learning in tourism.
