About the role

Onyx Pharma is looking for a Pharmacy Coordinator to develop and manage relationships with pharmacies, implement pharmacy‑level projects and support the performance and visibility of the company’s product portfolio across Albania.

Key responsibilities

• Segment and profile pharmacy customers based on potential and relevance to the portfolio.
• Maintain and update the pharmacy database, identifying high‑potential accounts for specific product categories.
• Organise and coordinate Point‑of‑Care Diagnostic activities, including planning, pharmacist liaison and outcome monitoring.
• Support patient screening and awareness activities within pharmacies.
• Manage product positioning, shelf visibility and compliance with merchandising standards.
• Monitor product availability, stock levels and distribution issues.
• Promote OTC products, nutraceuticals and other portfolio items in line with commercial strategy.
• Present product features and benefits to pharmacists and staff.
• Coordinate educational meetings and promotional material for pharmacy‑based activities.
• Collect market intelligence on competitor products, pricing and promotions.
• Prepare periodic reports on activities, results and key performance indicators.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, Marketing or Business Administration.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to manage multiple activities.
• Results‑oriented mindset with ability to analyse market information.
• Fluency in Albanian; good command of English is beneficial.
• Availability for regular travel and pharmacy visits.
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry, OTC, nutraceuticals or pharmacy retail is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM or logistics management systems.
• Familiarity with digital tools for data collection and reporting.
