Junior SAP FI Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior SAP FI Consultant to join our Engineering Albania team in Tirana. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in SAP Finance within a consulting environment, supporting Italian‑speaking clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in SAP FI implementation, rollout and support projects under senior guidance.
• Gather and document business requirements, support process analysis and functional testing.
• Configure core SAP FI components such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting and Bank Accounting.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation and user guides.
• Support data migration, system configuration and issue resolution.
• Communicate effectively with Italian‑speaking stakeholders and collaborate with project team members.

Required profile

• Fluent or advanced Italian; good working knowledge of English.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, IT or related field (preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, structured approach and willingness to learn.
• Team player able to work in a hybrid environment.
