Front Desk Customer Service (Band 2) – Lezhe Branch

About the role

The Front Desk Customer Service role at Tirana Bank’s Lezhe branch is responsible for handling cash and non‑cash transactions while delivering high‑quality service to clients. You will work directly with the Branch Manager to ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, utility payments, third‑party payments, cash exchanges, cheque handling, and ATM transactions accurately and securely.
• Maintain cash limits and perform cash counts, checks, and balances in line with regulatory directives.
• Register walking customers in the system, complete required forms, and refer clients to appropriate relationship officers.
• Ensure timely service delivery, meeting the bank’s standards for client satisfaction.
• Achieve individual performance targets related to transaction volume and service quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field.
• Very good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
