Junior Operations Support (Entry Level)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Operations Support to join our team in Tirana. The role will involve assisting senior team members on project activities and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support project activities under the guidance of senior team members, including during the initial training phase.
• Participate in regular client meetings and calls, ensuring clear communication and follow‑ups.
• Assist in executing day‑to‑day operational tasks to ensure project continuity.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver assigned tasks within deadlines.
• Gradually take ownership of project activities through structured onboarding and mentoring.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting related to assigned tasks.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Italian and English (mandatory).
• Good communication skills and willingness to engage in frequent client interactions.
• Availability and flexibility to participate in multiple client calls and work in shifts/on‑call support.
• Strong learning attitude with demonstrated growth potential.
• Basic understanding of project environments (training or academic exposure acceptable).
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to dynamic project needs.
