Junior Accounts Payable Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Accounts Payable Specialist to join AUTO1 Group’s finance team in Albania. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in managing supplier invoices, employee settlements and bank reconciliations within a fast‑growing, technology‑driven car trading platform.

Key responsibilities

• Verify and control accounting documents, ensuring compliance with formal and accounting standards.
• Process purchase invoices and employee settlement entries.
• Post and reconcile bank statements, analysing account transactions.
• Analyse settlements with suppliers and employees, performing periodic reconciliations of entries and balances.
• Support regular account balance reviews and reporting.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an accounting department.
• Higher education in finance, accounting or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Strong analytical mindset with problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, team‑oriented, independent and diligent.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Familiarity with Oracle, Optima or Symfonia accounting systems.
