Junior Accounts Payable

About the role

A motivated and detail‑oriented Junior Accounts Payable will join AUTO1 Group’s finance team in Tirana. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in invoice processing, vendor communication and month‑end closing within a fast‑growing automotive platform.

Key responsibilities

• Process and verify invoices for goods and services, matching them with purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts‑payable transactions and respond to vendor inquiries about payment status.
• Assist in reconciling supplier statements, resolve discrepancies and support the month‑end closing process.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve payment issues and ensure timely invoice processing.

Required profile

• Experience in an accounting or finance department.
• Higher education, preferably in finance or accounting.
• Strong English language skills.
• Analytical mindset, independence, regularity and diligence.

Required skills

• Very good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Familiarity with Oracle, Optima or Symfonia (a plus).
