Finance Manager

About the role

iClear Group, a leader in aligners and orthodontic products based in Tirana and active in Albania and the region, is looking for a dedicated Finance Manager to lead the group's financial operations. The manager plans finance, budgets, reporting and the finance team, working closely with the CEO, department heads and external accountants.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare annual and quarterly budgets, analyse finances and forecast for management decisions
• Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting and coordinate internal and external audits
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team (Finance Specialist, Treasury Specialist)
• Manage cash flow, liquidity and banking relationships
• Build and monitor internal controls and manage financial risk
• Ensure tax compliance (VAT, income tax, social security) and liaise with tax authorities
• Analyse costs and propose cost-saving measures
• Support the CEO on long-term financial strategy and new project analysis

Required profile

• Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
• ACCA, CPA or equivalent certification is strongly preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in finance/accounting, including at least 2-3 years in a leadership role
• In-depth knowledge of Albanian tax legislation, IFRS and financial reporting
• Professional English, written and spoken
• High integrity, confidentiality and clear communication with non-financial management

• Strong financial modelling
