IT Security Consultant

About the role

We are seeking motivated IT Security consultants to join our team and support IT Continuity Management (ITCM) activities. The role focuses on conducting ITCM gap assessments across multiple legal entities, assisting with audit preparation, and helping to improve continuity processes and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform ITCM gap assessments and document findings.
• Support onboarding of new legal entities into the ITCM framework.
• Assist in internal and external audit preparation and related activities.
• Analyse assessment results, identify improvement opportunities and propose enhancements.
• Gather information through interviews and workshops with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports and assessment records.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of ITCM methodologies and best practices.
• Provide professional, service‑oriented guidance to internal customers and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Junior‑level professional experience or strong motivation to start a career in IT security or IT service management.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, IT operations or IT service management concepts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for conducting interviews and gathering information.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Structured, detail‑oriented and documentation‑driven working style.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
