About the role

The company is looking for an Electronic Engineer to design, develop, evaluate, adapt, install and maintain electronic systems and components used in communication, transport and other industrial applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, inspect, test and update electronic systems, components, devices and related software.
• Coordinate with engineers, other professionals and clients to ensure projects meet deadlines, specifications and quality standards.
• Guarantee compliance with health and safety regulations for all equipment and products.
• Monitor existing processes, propose improvements and develop effective maintenance, testing and quality‑control procedures.
• Prepare and coordinate the creation of maintenance manuals and implementation schedules.
• Track processes, systems and staff, identify issues and report them to the CEO.
• Produce technical reports by collecting, analysing and summarising relevant data.
• Stay up‑to‑date with advances in electronic engineering and represent the company at conferences and fairs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 3–4 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience preparing technical reports.
• Proficiency in schematics, precise programming, installation and testing of electronic systems.
• Very good command of English and Italian, both written and spoken.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
