International Business Development Manager – Beverage Ingredients

About the role

We are looking for an International Business Development Manager to drive the expansion of our beverage‑ingredient portfolio across global markets. You will work from your home country, representing a leading Chinese manufacturer of non‑dairy creamers, fruit concentrates, jams, powders and customized solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in your local and neighboring markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, restaurant groups, beverage manufacturers and tea/coffee chains.
• Conduct market research, analyse trends and provide feedback to headquarters.
• Present product solutions, negotiate commercial agreements and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
• Visit clients as needed, provide ongoing account management and support.
• Prepare sales reports, business correspondence and market insights.
• Collaborate closely with the China headquarters to ensure efficient communication and project execution.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and the local language of your market.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Passion for sales and interest in the food & beverage, tea, coffee or ingredient industry.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently.
• Recent graduates or early‑career professionals with high potential are encouraged to apply.
