Information Technology Manager

About the role

The Information Technology Manager will lead the IT function for WeAreFiber’s operations in Tirana. This full‑time, on‑site position oversees the entire technology landscape, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient services that support the company’s BPO and contact‑center activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage network and server environments, including cloud‑based platforms.
• Ensure system security, data protection, backup, and disaster‑recovery processes.
• Coordinate hardware and software maintenance and upgrades.
• Supervise internal IT support teams and provide mentorship.
• Plan and execute technology projects aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align IT initiatives.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and cost optimisation.
• Monitor performance, optimise processes, and ensure compliance with standards and policies.

Required profile

• Strong experience in IT infrastructure management (networks, servers, cloud).
• Proven ability to lead and develop IT teams.
• Track record of planning and delivering IT projects and upgrades.
• Experience with budgeting, vendor management, and cost optimisation.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in BPO, contact‑center or similar service environments is a plus.
• Fluent English; additional languages are beneficial.
