About the role

This position involves conducting structured quality audits on spatial and mapping datasets for the TELUS Digital AI Community. You will verify, evaluate, and validate complex geographic and business information using advanced mapping tools and detailed reference materials, working entirely remotely from Albania.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured quality audits on spatial datasets using mapping platforms, search directories, and GIS‑standard evaluation tools.
• Evaluate and cross‑reference complex business, geographic and cultural data entries against multiple authoritative sources.
• Perform root‑cause analysis when data points conflict, documenting discrepancies with precise reasoning.
• Apply detailed evaluation frameworks consistently across dozens of data variations and provide structured feedback to improve mapping algorithms.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in English and Albanian (native or near‑native).
• Residency in Albania for the last five consecutive years.
• Strong analytical thinking and methodical problem‑solving abilities.
• Deep regional, cultural and geographic knowledge of Albania.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in analytical, technical or research disciplines (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with GIS tools and mapping platforms.
• Experience using search directories and spatial data evaluation tools.
