Senior Salesforce Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team in Tirana. This hands‑on role focuses on a significant Salesforce‑based platform serving the UK market. You will collaborate closely with Solution Architects, project teams and fellow developers to translate well‑defined architecture into high‑quality, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and configure Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow and related technologies.
• Translate solution architecture designs and technical specifications into robust, production‑ready functionality.
• Develop and enhance features within native and managed‑package Salesforce environments.
• Design and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Work with complex Salesforce data models, handling data‑migration and security requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, project managers and testers throughout sprint cycles.
• Own development tasks from specification through build, testing and delivery.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to standards, quality and maintainability.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of commercial Salesforce development experience.
• Strong written and spoken English with ability to work independently.
• Proven ownership of development work from design to completion.
• Comfortable in a structured, multi‑developer environment and agile sprint delivery.
