Inbound Sales Consultant

About the role

Royal York Property Management is seeking an experienced Inbound Sales Consultant to engage property owners who have expressed interest in professional property management services. You will handle warm inbound leads, build trust quickly, and guide owners through the onboarding process.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound inquiries from property owners interested in management services.
• Qualify owners' needs, property details, timelines, and urgency.
• Explain Royal York’s services clearly and professionally.
• Conduct on‑camera demo calls and structured sales presentations.
• Build trust, handle objections related to pricing, service, timing, and process.
• Close qualified owners and guide them through next steps.
• Follow up consistently with owners who have not yet moved forward.
• Maintain clean CRM records with notes, tasks, and lead status updates.
• Manage multiple active leads and conversations simultaneously.
• Identify stalled opportunities, missed follow‑ups, and owner concerns.
• Coordinate internally to ensure a smooth client experience and escalate issues when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent sales experience).
• 3–5+ years of full‑time experience in inbound, consultative, or inside sales, account executive, client acquisition, or high‑ticket service sales.
• Proven ability to close warm inbound leads via phone or video calls.
• Comfortable presenting on camera and running professional demos.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Experience working full‑time in a remote professional environment.
• Excellent objection‑handling ability and confidence in asking for the close.
