HR Business Partner - Nearshore Coordination

About the role

AUTO1 Group, a European platform for the used car sector active in more than 30 countries, is looking for an HR Business Partner in Tirana. The role supports the day-to-day coordination of nearshore teams in Albania, which are managed directly by managers in other countries and have no local team leads. You will act as the link between the teams, their managers and other stakeholders, and help develop existing projects and take ownership of new ones.

Key responsibilities

• Act as key point of contact between nearshore teams in Albania, their managers abroad and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate daily activities, follow up on priorities and progress, and help resolve operational issues.
• Gather project requirements, develop project plans and coordinate their execution.
• Support existing projects and help identify and launch new opportunities.
• Work with management to define priorities, build stakeholder relationships and move projects forward.
• Identify opportunities to improve or automate processes, and prepare reports and performance insights.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training and employee development as needed.
• Share local market and HR insights and support relevant HR administration processes.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in management, operations, project coordination, strategy or a related field.
• Strong coordination, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
