Training Coordinator – Retail Sector

About the role

A retail company based in the Tirana Industrial Park is looking for a Training Coordinator to join its team. The role covers organising, coordinating and following up employee training and development programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify training and development needs of employees
• Organise and coordinate staff training
• Prepare training materials and programmes
• Work with department heads to define staff needs
• Monitor attendance and evaluate training effectiveness
• Keep records and reports on training delivered
• Support the integration and orientation of new employees

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Good organisational, communication and coordination skills
• Ability to present and work with different groups of employees
• Previous experience in staff training and development, especially in retail, is an advantage

Required skills

• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
