People Operations Internship (Remote)

About the role

A fully remote, unpaid internship program for motivated students and recent graduates who want real-world HR experience in a global software company. Interns work alongside the People Ops team in a structured learning environment, supporting real HR initiatives for a distributed team across many countries. Outstanding interns may receive an offer to join the company full-time after the program.

Key responsibilities

• Support ongoing HR projects, gaining hands-on experience in performance management, employee engagement and people processes
• Assist with performance review cycles: prepare forms, track completion and summarize feedback
• Help plan and run engagement initiatives such as surveys, recognition programs and virtual team activities
• Analyze survey and feedback results and turn them into practical recommendations
• Help create and update HR documentation such as policies, onboarding materials and internal guides
• Take part in team discussions and planning meetings to learn how People Ops workflows run remotely
• Gain exposure to HR tools, ATS platforms and AI-assisted HR practices, and collaborate with international colleagues

Required profile

• Currently studying Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Organizational Behavior or a related field, or recently graduated
• B2-level or higher written and spoken English, as the role involves communicating with international team members
• Basic familiarity with HR concepts such as performance management, employee engagement, onboarding or recruitment
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion; previous experience is not required
