HealthTech Co-Founder / CPTO (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious entrepreneur to become a Co‑Founder and Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO) for a new HealthTech venture. The position is fully remote and offers the chance to build and scale a startup from the ground up with direct support from serial entrepreneurs who have led multi‑billion‑dollar exits.

Key responsibilities

• Own, design, and launch a HealthTech product, driving it from concept to market‑fit.
• Lead technology development and product strategy while collaborating with a network of top‑tier founders and investors.
• Recruit and manage a high‑performing team using the program’s extensive talent network.
• Iterate the product based on user feedback and market data to achieve product‑market‑fit.
• Prepare the startup for fundraising and support the execution of multi‑million‑euro funding rounds.

Required profile

• Based in Europe or the Americas (or willing to relocate).
• Ready to take full responsibility for building and scaling a startup to €100M+ revenue.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
