Head of Sales & Marketing

About the role

Andale Media House, a fast‑growing YouTube‑first media network based in Tirana, is looking for a dynamic leader to head its sales department. This senior position focuses exclusively on revenue‑generating activities such as partnerships, sponsorships, and business contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Define, structure, and continuously improve the sales department, including processes, KPIs, and reporting.
• Identify, negotiate, and close contracts with sponsors and business partners.
• Recruit, coach, and manage a high‑performing sales team.
• Collaborate closely with senior management to set and achieve revenue targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale a sales department beyond execution tasks.
• Leadership experience managing sales teams.
• High flexibility and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced start‑up environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Tirana.
