ESG Analyst

About the role

AUTO1 Group, a European platform for the used car sector active in more than 30 countries, is looking for an ESG Analyst for its headquarters in Tirana. The role supports group-wide sustainability initiatives, coordinates internal and external stakeholders and contributes to ESG reporting and strategy development.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders across the Group to collect and deliver key ESG KPIs
• Support communication and collaboration with external ESG partners such as PwC and internal stakeholders
• Contribute to the sustainability strategy and help implement related initiatives
• Assist in preparing ESG reports and maintain supporting documentation
• Research ESG topics, sustainability trends and relevant developments
• Collect, organise and analyse ESG information to support reporting and decision-making

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field with a numerical focus
• At least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in an international or fast-paced environment
• Interest in ESG, sustainability and responsible business practices

Required skills

• Strong analytical and research skills with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Good communication and coordination skills with different stakeholders
• Proactive, results-oriented approach and ability to manage tasks independently
