English & Albanian Speaking Support Associate

About the role

Wolt is looking for a bilingual English and Albanian speaking Support Associate to join its customer service team in Tirana. You will be the first point of contact for customers, restaurant partners and riders, helping to ensure smooth deliveries and a great experience for all.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, restaurant partners and riders via chat and phone, adapting Wolt’s tone of voice to each situation.
• Help ensure deliveries run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to overall service quality.
• Collaborate with the Customer Support team and other departments to improve processes and ways of working.

Required profile

• Excellent English (C1) and Albanian, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills with an empathetic, customer‑focused approach.
• Quick learner comfortable with multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Based in Tirana.
