Call Center Operator

About the role

ODM Collections Albania is expanding its team and seeks a motivated Call Center Operator to join its Tirana office. You will interact with clients and debtors, providing clear information and negotiating payment arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Contact clients/debtors by phone and provide clear information regarding outstanding obligations.
• Negotiate and follow up on payment arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, agreements and follow‑up actions in the company system.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
• Work closely with the team to achieve individual and company targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Professional and responsible attitude.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good computer skills.
• Previous experience in a call center, customer service, collections or a similar position is an advantage.
