Delivery Center Team Lead (Workday) - Albania

About the role

Deloitte is building a new Workday team in its Delivery Center in Albania and is looking for a people-focused leader to support and develop newly recruited team members. As Workday Delivery Center Team Lead, you will be the team's formal supervisor and local go-to person, combining people leadership with client delivery. You will also contribute to client-facing work in Workday Operate/AMS, Service Management, Project Management or PMO.

Key responsibilities

• Act as formal supervisor of the Albania Workday team
• Support onboarding, development and career growth, including coaching, feedback and regular 1:1s
• Coordinate learning, certifications and mentorship opportunities
• Foster a supportive, ambitious and accountable culture
• Connect the Albania team with the wider international Workday practice
• Contribute to client delivery depending on background and business needs, such as supporting Workday Operate/AMS service management, coordinating service delivery and driving continuous service improvement, or supporting implementation projects through project management or PMO activities

Required profile

• Around two years or more of experience leading, mentoring, coaching or coordinating others
• Background may include IT Service Management, Managed Services or Application Support, HR Technology / HRIS, ERP or enterprise technology implementations, IT project management / PMO, HR or digital transformation, or technology consulting
• Fluent English
• Previous Workday experience is welcome but not required
