Data Analyst – Business Intelligence Consultant

About the role

As a Data Analyst at Inspire11, you will partner with clients to uncover their data needs, translate raw data into actionable insights, and deliver end‑to‑end business intelligence solutions. You will work in a collaborative, agile environment that values curiosity, authenticity, and diverse perspectives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder interviews, data profiling, and process mapping to understand client requirements.
• Analyze raw data sets, data flows, and business logic to identify trends, accuracy issues, and performance opportunities.
• Design, build, and implement BI reports and dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, Sigma, or similar tools.
• Maintain continuous client communication throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Digital, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Apply Agile methodologies to manage workstreams and ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of consulting experience focused on data analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced statistics and data‑analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and present findings to stakeholders.

Required skills

• SQL (writing and optimizing queries).
• Data‑visualisation tools: Tableau, PowerBI, Sigma.
• Python for data wrangling and advanced analytics.
• ETL tools and data‑pipeline concepts.
• Experience with data‑warehousing platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, DBT, Redshift, or BigQuery.
• Fundamental machine‑learning knowledge (regression, classification, clustering, model evaluation).
• Understanding of data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Agile project‑management practices.
