Senior Agentic Developer & Line Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to develop agentic and AI‑enabled solutions that improve and automate business processes. The role combines hands‑on development with line‑management responsibilities in a Scrum‑based environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop agentic and AI‑enabled software solutions addressing real business needs.
• Analyze existing processes, identify automation opportunities, and translate them into scalable technical designs.
• Own the delivery lifecycle from analysis and design through implementation, testing and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to clarify priorities and validate solutions.
• Provide technical direction, coordinate day‑to‑day engineering activities, manage team priorities and support professional development of team members.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Previous team‑lead or line‑manager experience.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder‑management skills in an international environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Java or comparable programming languages.
• Experience with agentic or agent‑based software development.
• Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience working in Scrum/Agile environments.
• Understanding of software engineering principles and the software development lifecycle.
