Product Owner – Compliance Analytics & AI

About the role

We are building a brand‑new Compliance Analytics team for a global consulting firm’s in‑house technology consultancy. As Product Owner you will drive the transformation from manual, legacy reporting to real‑time, AI‑powered compliance insights across corporate functions.

Key responsibilities

• Take end‑to‑end product ownership of data‑intensive analytics and AI solutions from inception through launch, adoption and scaling.
• Lead the shift from static reporting to autonomous, real‑time compliance intelligence dashboards.
• Translate complex compliance, risk and corporate requirements into prioritized user stories and product roadmaps.
• Navigate and leverage the SAP data stack (SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud) to guide engineering toward optimal architecture.
• Act as the strategic liaison between global compliance stakeholders, executive sponsors and engineering squads.
• Track adoption metrics, validate hypotheses with data and ensure compliance with data privacy, governance and AI ethics.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management or product ownership experience in agile enterprise environments.
• 3+ years delivering data, analytics or AI products for corporate functions such as compliance, risk, audit, finance or HR.
• Strong fluency in enterprise data architecture and SAP ecosystems.
• Solid business AI and predictive analytics knowledge with the ability to bridge business intent and technical architecture.
• Consultant mindset with senior stakeholder management, analytical decision‑making and high ownership.
• Excellent English communication skills for daily international collaboration.
