About the role
Shyze sh.p.k. is looking for a construction site engineer for the Hotel Rosa Blu bar-restaurant project. The role covers on-site supervision of works, quality control and documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Check works against the company's contracts, the project, the preventive plan and technical specifications.
- Verify the compatibility of projects and details.
- Draw up and follow the work schedule according to the project and the organisation plan.
- Prepare and check all technical and legal documentation for the site.
- Ensure works comply with the company's quality management policy and monitor quality across different technological processes.
Required profile
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional licence.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Strong knowledge of reading and applying projects.
- Experience as a construction engineer on civil and residential buildings.
Required skills
- AUTOCAD
- Office software package
