Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

About the role

The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for the strategic and operational direction of the company's financial function, ensuring financial stability, resource optimisation, risk control and support for executive decision-making. The role contributes directly to profitability, operational efficiency and sustainable value creation. The CFO reports directly to the General Manager (CEO).

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's financial strategy in line with business objectives.
• Lead financial planning, annual budgeting, periodic forecasting and performance monitoring.
• Oversee financial statements, management reports and analyses for senior management.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, working capital and financing needs.
• Monitor profitability, operating costs, margins and key performance indicators, proposing improvements.
• Supervise accounting, tax, payments and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Ensure compliance with fiscal, accounting and regulatory legislation.
• Develop internal controls and financial risk management policies.
• Analyse investments, strategic projects and capital expenditures (CAPEX).
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, financial institutions and authorities.
• Support the General Manager and executive team with financial analysis, business models and strategic recommendations.
• Lead, develop and evaluate the finance team.
