Certification Business Support Advisor – Italian

About the role

The Certification Business Support Advisor will act as the primary point of contact for Italian‑speaking customers within RINA’s Mediterranean & Africa Certification Division. Based in Tirana, the role supports the certification process, ensures accurate customer data, and helps build long‑term client loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain up‑to‑date customer records in the internal database.
• Respond to customer inquiries about account information, product details, order status, invoices and payment reminders.
• Communicate clearly with customers in both English and Italian, providing timely updates.
• Identify, investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, order issues and other customer concerns, collaborating with relevant departments.
• Ensure all interactions comply with company policies and maintain organized documentation of communications.
• Support internal teams by applying certification procedures and using CRM tools.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance or Management.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related administrative role.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Italian.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM systems).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience handling customer data management and documentation.
