Operations Manager – Global SaaS Platform

About the role

Deel is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and optimise day‑to‑day workflows across its global payroll and HR platform. The role will partner with cross‑functional teams to drive efficiency, ensure compliance and support the rapid growth of the SaaS business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operational workflows, identify bottlenecks and implement efficiency improvements.
• Support automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and increase accuracy.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and customer teams to streamline tools and processes.
• Maintain operational controls, compliance and risk‑management standards.
• Monitor performance metrics, report outcomes and escalates risks to leadership.
• Coordinate operational readiness for new product or market launches.
• Drive customer‑focused process enhancements to improve turnaround times and resolution quality.

Required profile

• 5+ years of operations experience, preferably in a fast‑paced tech or FinTech environment.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor small to mid‑size teams.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Data‑driven approach with experience tracking and improving KPIs.
• Analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights.
• Collaborative team player with high energy and bias for action.
