Cash Reconciliation Manager

About the role

AUTO1 Group, Europe's leading platform for the used car sector operating in more than 30 countries, is looking for a Cash Reconciliation Manager in Tirana. The role covers reconciling bank accounts and processing financial transactions in Oracle.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile bank and clearing account balances during monthly, quarterly and annual financial closings.
• Allocate bank transactions to the corresponding business transactions.
• Process and post financial transactions in Oracle.
• Investigate and resolve account discrepancies and payment-related issues.
• Contribute to projects aimed at optimising processes and improving accounting efficiency.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field, or a completed commercial apprenticeship.
• Initial experience in accounting or a similar position.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers.
• Structured, independent and reliable working style.
• Very good written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Good IT skills, particularly in Excel and other Office applications.
• Experience with Oracle for posting financial transactions.
