About the role

Join the Ryanair Group cabin crew family and start a career flying with Europe’s largest airline. Attend the Recruitment Day in Tirana on 8 September 2026 to begin a 6‑week training program that will qualify you as a cabin crew member.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top‑class safety and customer service to passengers on board Ryanair aircraft.
• Perform safety briefings, assist during take‑off and landing, and handle in‑flight emergencies.
• Provide hospitality services, including food and beverage service, throughout the flight.
• Maintain cabin cleanliness and ensure compliance with airline regulations.

Required profile

• Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely across the Ryanair network.
• Height between 157 cm (5 ft 2 in) and 188 cm (6 ft 2 in).
• Ability to swim 25 metres unaided.
• Flexible, outgoing personality with a passion for dealing with the public.
• Willingness to work early and late shifts, including rosters starting at 5 am.
