Business Support Lead

About the role

Nexia Albania is launching a new cloud accounting platform, aVero, and needs a Business Support Lead to build and manage the support, implementation and customer‑success team from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, train and lead the support, implementation and customer success team.
• Own service‑level commitments such as response times, update cadence and quality, reporting monthly to partners.
• Act as the named manager for the largest customers and control access to customer data with confidentiality.
• Collaborate with engineering on escalations and convey customer requests.
• Develop the help centre and internal knowledge base.

Required profile

• Degree in finance, accounting or economics and a Certified Accountant qualification (Kontabel i Miratuar) or equivalent.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, including team leadership.
• Experience supporting, implementing or rolling out accounting or ERP software.
• Strong knowledge of SKK statements, VAT, payroll and the Albanian filing calendar; working knowledge of IFRS.
• Fluent in Albanian and good written English.
• Calm under deadline pressure and clear in writing.
