Business Analyst – Finance (Odoo ERP)

About the role

Zero, the first official Odoo partner in the Balkans, is looking for a Business Analyst with a finance background to become an Odoo ERP expert. You will guide clients through analysis, consultancy, implementation and training of Odoo Business Apps.

Key responsibilities

• Track and report financial and operational data.
• Assist customers in using Odoo Business Apps effectively.
• Investigate and resolve functional problems.
• Collaborate with Project Leaders on delivery.
• Manage end‑to‑end implementation projects.
• Configure workflows and perform data imports.
• Train clients on Odoo applications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting, Business Administration or Business Informatics.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Consultant or Finance Specialist.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Fluent written and spoken Albanian.
• Self‑motivated and quick learner.
