Brand & Marketing Specialist

About the role

OneTech is seeking a creative and hands‑on Brand & Marketing Specialist to strengthen its brand presence and communicate its technology expertise. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to produce high‑quality B2B content and boost digital visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow OneTech’s LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Create engaging B2B content such as posts, articles, customer stories, campaigns, presentations, and website copy.
• Develop and maintain a consistent monthly content calendar.
• Support the development of corporate and leadership branding.
• Produce visual, photo, and short‑form video assets.
• Assist digital marketing and lead‑generation campaigns.
• Research market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
• Support webinars, events, and other marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with management, consultants, developers, and sales to translate technical topics into compelling business narratives.
• Monitor marketing performance and continuously optimize campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Journalism, PR, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred; exceptional recent graduates are also encouraged.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Albanian and English.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content‑creation abilities.
• Good understanding of LinkedIn and digital/social media marketing.
• Comfortable using AI tools for research and content creation.
• Interest in technology, B2B marketing, Microsoft solutions, and digital transformation.
• Organized, proactive, creative, and able to own projects from idea to execution.
