About the role
The Branch Manager will lead the bank’s Vlore branch, ensuring that all operations meet the institution’s economic, commercial and income targets while delivering high‑quality service to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and optimise the use of all available resources to achieve branch financial objectives.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and promote service quality.
- Develop and maintain long‑term customer relationships and implement initiatives to attract new clients.
- Oversee daily branch activities, including commercial and income‑generating functions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Significant experience in the banking sector.
- At least three years in a managerial or supervisory role within a bank branch.
- Proven experience managing staff.
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated sales capability and excellent communication skills.
- Good PC knowledge.
- Fluency in English; Italian is an advantage.
