About the role
We are looking for a Banking Customer Service Advisor to manage and develop retail customers, ensuring high‑quality service while meeting commercial, income and risk targets.
Key responsibilities
- Establish, maintain and improve business relationships with individual retail customers within an assigned portfolio.
- Achieve commercial, income and risk objectives set by the bank.
- Cross‑sell bank products to existing customers to enhance revenue.
- Handle customers targeted in dedicated campaigns, offering tailored products and services.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a banking environment.
- University degree.
- Fluent English; Italian language knowledge is a plus.
Required skills
- Knowledge of financial statements.
