Audit & Assurance Senior Analyst

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a motivated Audit & Assurance Senior Analyst to join its Member Firm client‑facing teams. This position offers the chance to deepen audit expertise, work on diverse engagements, and develop a professional network within a global firm.

Key responsibilities

• Apply risk‑assessment concepts and design audit procedures tailored to identified risks.
• Execute audit activities across planning, testing, and reporting phases for financial statements.
• Pre‑process financial data, accounting records, and statements required for each audit stage.
• Prepare audit documentation using Deloitte audit software and standard templates.
• Participate in customized training programs and receive coaching from senior staff.
• Analyze client financials, transactions, and internal control processes.
• Stay informed on industry developments and regulatory changes.
• Represent Deloitte as a brand ambassador with peers, colleagues, and clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Audit, or a quantitative/engineering discipline with strong interest in accounting.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in audit, accounting, or a related field.
• Team‑player mindset, proactive, flexible, and motivated.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Willingness to travel based on client needs.
• Fluent in English; French or German is a plus.
