Financier – Administrim Financiar dhe Projekt Shkodër

About the role

The Finance Officer will be responsible for the financial administration of the Fundraising Department and the Shkodër project, ensuring accurate control of income, expenses and compliance with Albanian legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the financial performance of fundraising activities, including budgeting, cost analysis and effectiveness of campaigns.
• Administer compensation schemes and bonuses for fundraising staff.
• Plan, implement and monitor the budget for the Shkodër project, handling cash flow, payments and financial obligations.
• Prepare financial reports and analyses for management and support procurement processes.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and Albanian financial legislation, support internal audits and maintain the integrity of accounting records.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Minimum three years of experience as a finance professional.
• Proven experience in budgeting, financial reporting, analysis and procurement procedures.
• Strong knowledge of Albanian financial legislation and accounting standards.
• Experience preparing tax declarations, payroll and employee benefit administration.
• High professional integrity, strong ethics and ability to maintain confidentiality.
