Audit and Assurance Associate

About the role

PwC is looking for an Audit and Assurance Associate in Tirana to join its Audit and Assurance team. You will work with clients ranging from growing businesses to well-known organisations with an international presence, combining professional judgement with technology, including PwC generative AI tools, to reduce repetitive work.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and analyse data and information responsibly.
• Follow risk management and compliance procedures.
• Stay up to date with developments in your area of specialism and keep upskilling.
• Identify problems and opportunities and suggest improvements.
• Communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in written materials.
• Learn how PwC works as a global network of firms and uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
• Give and receive constructive feedback and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, statistics or a minor in econometrics.
• 1-2 years of similar experience.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
• Analytical thinking and business acumen.
• Advanced command of English and grammatical skills in Albanian.

Required skills

• Advanced computer literacy.
• Advanced command of the MS 365 package, especially Word, Excel and Copilot.
