About the role
SHKK FED invest, a 34‑year‑old institution active in rural finance, is recruiting for the position of Analist Kredie in Tirana. The analyst will be responsible for monitoring and expanding financial services in both urban and rural areas of the assigned district. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth of financial inclusion across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor the delivery of financial services in urban zones of the designated district.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand financial services in rural communities.
Required profile
- Higher education degree in Economics.
- At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in banking or micro‑credit.
- Residence in the district for which the application is made.
- Proficiency with basic computer office programs.
- Strong communication, organizational and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of English is an advantage.
