About the role

The Credit Risk Analyst will work within the Risk Assessment Unit, focusing on medium‑size business clients. The role involves evaluating loan applications, providing independent risk analysis, and supporting credit decisions with detailed reports.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse credit applications of medium‑size business clients and issue credit opinions.
• Assess creditworthiness, market conditions, management quality and company structure.
• Review historical financial statements and forward‑looking projections from a risk perspective.
• Propose collateral structures and values in collaboration with valuation specialists.
• Prepare, sign and classify risk assessment reports and exposure classifications.
• Present applications to the Credit Committee and ensure complete documentation for approval and disbursement.
• Monitor the client portfolio to ensure covenant compliance and early risk identification.
• Implement risk policies and procedures and contribute to their continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with auditors and other control parties to ensure transparency and compliance.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in credit risk, financial analysis or banking risk assessment.
• Strong analytical, organisational and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of banking risk policies and standards.
• Excellent command of the English language.
