Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Tirana, Albania. This role oversees the complete recruitment lifecycle, from defining role requirements with department managers to sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and managing offers and onboarding activities.

Key responsibilities

• Define role requirements together with department managers.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels.
• Screen applications and conduct structured interviews.
• Manage offer negotiations and coordinate onboarding processes.
• Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business growth.
• Maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Proven full‑life‑cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong interviewing and selection skills using structured techniques.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Effective stakeholder management with hiring managers.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Prior talent acquisition or HR experience in fast‑paced or growing startup environments.
