Human Resources Specialist – Full‑Cycle HR Role

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Human Resources Specialist to support the complete employee lifecycle for a leading media group in Albania. The role combines recruitment, payroll, employee relations and HR administration, offering a broad exposure to all core HR functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: candidate screening, interviews, onboarding.
• Prepare and process monthly payroll, payroll reports and statutory declarations.
• Maintain employment contracts, personnel files, job descriptions and HR databases.
• Administer annual leave, benefits, reimbursements and off‑boarding procedures.
• Support employee relations and ensure consistent application of HR policies.
• Produce regular HR reports, workforce analytics and compliance documentation.
• Ensure adherence to Albanian labour legislation, tax regulations and data confidentiality.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources, Economics, Law, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Specialist, Generalist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Albanian labour law and payroll processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication and multitasking abilities.
• High integrity, discretion and professional responsibility.
