About the role
ELKA S.A. is looking for an organized, communicative and detail‑oriented Merchandiser to join its team in Tirana. The role involves working on‑site in supermarkets, ensuring product visibility and collaborating closely with the sales force.
Key responsibilities
- Follow and organize company products on supermarket shelves.
- Inform the company and the relevant manager daily about work performed.
- Report product status, near‑expiry dates and supply needs, coordinating with the sales team.
- Gather and share information on competing products, offers, prices and marketing policies.
- Prepare daily or weekly reports for the manager.
Required profile
- Completed secondary education.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Organized, responsible and able to work independently.
- Willingness to work in the field (onsite).
