Logistics Manager – Fleet Operations

About the role

The Logistics Manager is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Tirana. The primary responsibility is to coordinate reliable transportation with drivers for individuals, organisations, institutions and other contracted clients.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule drivers and assign vehicles for client contracts.
• Plan optimal routes and monitor trips to ensure timely, professional service.
• Coordinate vehicle availability, rental bookings, handovers and returns across multiple locations.
• Work closely with clients and customer‑service teams to accommodate requests and resolve issues.
• Arrange vehicle maintenance, keep transport and rental records, and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities in transportation, car rental and chauffeur services.

Required profile

• Strong logistics management experience overseeing fleet operations, routing and transportation workflows.
• Proven inventory management skills to track vehicle availability and utilisation.
• Customer‑service orientation to support client‑facing teams.
• Relevant background in transportation, car rental or fleet management; experience with international clients is a plus.
• Ability to analyse data, use logistics or fleet‑management software and implement process improvements.
• Excellent organisational, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
