Legal Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Legal Specialist to support our 30‑year‑old construction company in Tirana. The role involves ensuring all legal aspects of our building projects are compliant and protecting the company’s interests in contractual and judicial matters.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and manage contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers and partners.
• Handle administrative procedures such as building permits, exploitation licences, mortgage registrations and property verification.
• Represent the company before public authorities, manage official correspondence, appeals and legal filings.
• Lead litigation activities for the group, including preparing lawsuits, appeals and negotiating settlements.
• Maintain accurate legal documentation and ensure compliance with Albanian regulations.

Required profile

• University degree in Law.
• Minimum five years of professional experience as a lawyer, preferably with litigation exposure.
• Strong ability to formulate clear legal arguments in writing.
• Excellent communication, presentation and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with Albanian online legal system (e‑Albania) and strong command of Microsoft Office.
