Senior Legal Internal Affairs

About the role

Provide ongoing legal assistance and advice to BALFIN Headquarters and its Group Companies on ordinary business and internal corporate matters. The Senior Legal Internal Affairs professional supports multiple departments and ensures compliance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal opinions and advice on issues raised by BALFIN departments and Group Companies.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements with third parties, including annexes, powers of attorney, and corporate resolutions.
• Prepare and improve standard forms, templates, corporate acts, shareholders’ resolutions, board resolutions, internal regulations, policies, and authorizations.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory changes that may affect BALFIN activities and communicate relevant updates.
• Assist in amicable settlement of contractual disputes, support pre‑litigation matters, and coordinate with external counsel when required.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Law.
• More than five years of senior legal experience in a business environment.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial and employment law.
• Very good written and spoken English.
• High degree of professional ethics, integrity, confidentiality and sound judgment.
